Fiesta Rentals Terms and Conditions of Hire.
All equipment on hire remains the property of Fiesta Rentals hereinafter referred to as the Owner.
Rates and Times
All prices quoted are for 1 night hire (Saturday to Monday and public holidays are included in this rate), if you require equipment for a longer period, please advise at time of booking.
Prices are for time hired out, whether equipment is used or not. Any items not returned when due back will be charged as missing or broken (at full replacement cost).
Equipment hired Friday should be returned prior to 10am Saturday.
Equipment hired Saturday should be returned prior to 12noon Monday (unless prearranged otherwise).
Business hours are 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday with the loading dock closing 15 minutes prior to closing times.
Deliveries or pickups required outside of these times will incur an after hours charge.
Booking Fees and Cancellations
Booking fee-20% of total order is required to secure all bookings.
Remainder is to be paid IN FULL 7 days prior to date of event. Please allow time for cheques to be cleared and direct deposits to land in Fiesta’s account. No equipment will leave Fiesta without full payment being made.
Cancellations of orders within 14 days prior to event will forfeit the booking fee paid.
Changes made after this time may incur a surcharge.
A minimum $500 booking fee will be retained on any orders over $1500 if cancellation occurs within 90 days of event.
Cancellations within 48 hours prior to booking will be charged at full price.
All cancellations are required in writing or forwarded to firstname.lastname@example.org
Delivery and Pickup Service
Delivery and pickup service is available during Fiesta’s regular business hours. Delivery cost is to a street level location with close vehicle access.
Charges vary depending on-distance from Fiesta’s depot, extra cartage, out of hours requirements.
We aim to deliver or pickup at your preferred time, however circumstances will sometimes make this difficult. We usually advise morning (9am-12 noon) OR afternoon (1pm-3.30pm). To make things easier, we can call you when the driver is ready to leave Fiesta-please just advise staff at time of booking if this is required.
Customer Collection and Returns
You are welcome to collect equipment from Fiesta, we are located at 6 Victoria St Mackay
Cleaning and Condition of Equipment
All linen should be shaken out, free of refuse, dry and placed in laundry bags provided.
Crockery, cutlery, glassware etc. should be rinsed and repacked correctly in transport containers.
All equipment should be stacked and stored in a single location ready for collection.
Please check orders carefully and contact us immediately with any problems.
Responsibility for equipment remains with the hirer from delivery until pick up, or from the time equipment leaves the dock until it is returned.
The hirer agrees to pay for any goods lost, damaged, stolen or not returned at current replacement cost.
Ensure all equipment is secured and protected from the weather.
All equipment is cleaned and checked prior to leaving Fiesta’s premises, subsequent cleaning is the responsibility of the hirer. This includes if any equipment becomes dusty during transport.
Fiesta endeavours to make sure all equipment is in working order and good condition. However we do not guarantee it’s fitness for any particular purpose, nor does the owner effect any insurance of any hired equipment. This is the responsibility of the hirer.
