All prices quoted are for 1 night hire (Saturday to Monday and public holidays are included in this rate), if you require equipment for a longer period, please advise at time of booking.
Prices are for time hired out, whether equipment is used or not
Equipment hired Friday should be returned prior to 10am Monday
Delivery/pick up is available during regular business hours to a street level location with vehicle access.
Charges vary depending on — distance from Fiesta’s depot, extra cartage, out of hours requirements.
We aim to deliver/pick up at your preferred time, however circumstances will sometimes make this difficult, we will usually advise AM -9am-12noon or PM -1pm-3:30pm. to make life easier we can call you when we leave Fiesta, just advise staff on booking if you require.
All linen should be shaken out, free of refuse, dry and placed in laundry bags provided.
Crockery, cutlery, glassware etc should be rinsed and repacked in transport containers.
All equipment should be stacked and stored in a single location ready for collection.
Bookings require payment prior to dispatch from depot.
Responsibility for equipment remains with the hirer from delivery until pick up, ensure all equipment is secured and protected from the weather.
