While we understand there are spills and accidents occasionally, linen remains the responsibility of the hirer and so any stains the can’t be removed or damage that occurs will be at customers expense.

Some things to be aware of that commonly cause problems (and charges to repair / replace)

Rips, tears, stains such as rust, wax, pen or pencil marks and mold/mildew from placing wet or damp linen into bags.
